On Tuesday 4th April senior leaders from across Northern Ireland’s Further Education (FE) sector and the Department for the Economy (DfE) came together with key stakeholders from Invest NI, Innovate UK, and InterTrade Ireland, to strengthen the sectors focus on innovation development and growth.

The Passive Lab, which is the only one of its kind in Northern Ireland will be launching on the 4th of April at the ‘Sustainable Construction 2020’ event.

The Great British Barber Bash (GBBB) showcase events all over the world from London to Dubai, demonstrating the latest barbering techniques to their audience. Four top barbers including Ryan Cullen from Armagh and Conor Taaffe from Drogheda, are leading the way in barbering.

Two barbers Ryan Cullen from Armagh and Conor Taaffe from Drogheda, are leading the way in barbering, and their success is known all over the world. They held a Barber Bash at South West College, Omagh campus, in which hairdressers and barbers from the Omagh area attended.
On Thursday 15th December nine Career Ready students and two staff went to McCloskey International at Coalisland, for a factory visit and master class on interview skills. The students went in two groups around the factory seeing up close as huge crushing, screening and washing machines and conveyors were fabricated.
