This programme will provide Learners with an understanding of the roles and responsibilities in education and training and the principles of assessment in education and training. It will also provide Learners with an understanding of inclusive learning and teaching and of the approaches used to facilitate inclusive learning. **It is important to note that this qualification does not confer teacher recognition status in Northern Ireland.
This Diploma is aimed at those working with children and young People from 0-19 years, concentrating on Early Years Practice.
