Description

Mandarin Chinese is one of the most popular languages to learn today and indeed is the most spoken language in the world. HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) is the official test of Mandarin Chinese for non-native learners aged 16+. HSK is an international standardised exam that tests and rates Chinese language proficiency for higher educational and professional purposes. HSK3 Mandarin Chinese is an intermediate level and in addition to the language, learners will get the opportunity to learn about and experience Chinese culture. In HSK3, you will learn 600 words – an additional 300 words to those learnt in HSK1 and HSK2. You will be able to communicate in Chinese at an intermediate level and talk about your daily, academic and personal life such as describing appearance and personalities, sports and entertainment. Chinese characters are introduced at HSK3.

Course Content

Learners will receive tuition, guidance and support from a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced Mandarin Chinese tutor. 600 words

Assessment Method

Examination, which tests reading, speaking and listening skills. There is no coursework however; your tutor will give you worksheets to help you.
