Description

The VTCT Level 2 Award in Plaiting and Twisting Hair is a qualification that has been specifically designed to develop plaiting and twisting techniques that will enable you create a variety of different looks for your clients. Client consultation, products and aftercare advice to finish the service are all part of this award.

Additional Information

Students will be required to purchase a uniform and kit upon commencement of the programme.

The VTCT Level 2 Award in Plaiting and Twisting Hair is a qualification that has been specifically designed to develop plaiting and twisting techniques that will enable you create a variety of different looks for your clients. Assessment Method

A combination of practical observations, portfolio of evidence and a theory test are used to assess this qualification.

Progression Opportunities

On completion of this qualification you may choose to undertake further study in qualifications such as Level 2 NVQ Award in Styling and Finishing Hair, Level 2 Award in Fashion and Photographic Makeup, Level 2 Diploma in Hairdressing or Level 3 Award in Indian Head Massage.

Entry Requirements

This course is suitable for beginners’ or those updating their skill set.
