Testimonials
“The White Collar Apprenticeship Scheme has been great for both us; Kiverco Ltd and Josh Mens who has fitted in very well with our engineering team. He has been involved within many areas of our manufacturing process, from design through to fabrication, fitting and installation. Josh has been quick and eager to learn, which he has shown in an R&D project that he has been involved in and with using new software. The academic and practical components of the programme taught at South West College complement the engineering sector very well, with the apprentices gaining invaluable hands on experience and skills while learning the theory behind it.”

“Our first experience of the SWC Gold program has been very positive. Participants on the program have proved their capability academically and our experience with David Elliot shows they also have an enthusiasm for practical hands-on work experience. We expect to expand our use of the program in the future.”

‘We have been delighted with the calibre of students we have working with us through the Advanced Technician Apprenticeship. The programme is an excellent option for students who don’t want to follow the traditional academic route. It allows them to gain practical vocational engineering experience, alongside the usual academic technical theory. Terex view this programme as part of our long term commitment to engineering excellence.’
