South West College held a ‘Jungle Challenge’ at each campus Open Day, in conjunction with Jungle NI outside Moneymore. The aim of the challenge was to complete an eating task which consisted of 3 courses, starter was jelly buffalo worms and meal worms, main course consisted of a cracker crickets and dessert was to eat an entire grasshopper. Congratulations to the winner. SWC have shown an innovative way of engaging with their students and we look forward to working closer with SWC for activity days and residential stays in the future.”

Lauren Mullaney was pulled out at random as our winner of the Treetops challenge and Dylan Rodgers was runner up and received a pass for two people for the zombie run. We want to thank the Jungle NI, for their support in this competition and their kind donation of the vouchers for both the winner and runner up.
