The aim of this course is to build upon the interest learners already have in the field of Creative Media Production, for example, Film, TV, Journalism, Advertising and Design. Learners will develop a common core of knowledge, including preproduction techniques, critical approaches to media products and an understanding of the creative media sector. Through work related projects and coursework, they will develop practical skills relevant to the broad range of roles within the media industry.
The BTEC 90-Credit Diploma in Engineering is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and understanding required for success in a range of mechanical and electrical/electronic engineering occupations. The qualification is also suitable for learners who have not yet decided on a particular engineering specialism and who wish to gain a broader understanding of engineering. Learners will have the opportunity to link with a local firm and be mentored for the duration of their course.
This course is a specialist work related qualification in IT. It is equivalent to AS Levels. It is a one year course consisting of nine units. All units are internally assessed and are both practical and theoretical.

The course is practically focused to develop expertise in the areas of Drama, Technical Theatre, Music and Dance. Through the College's links with the Burnavon Theatre learners will receive industry standard experience.

Advanced Automotive Engineering has been identified as a key area for economic growth in Northern ireland. A BTEC Diploma in Engineering is designed to equip Learnerss with the knowledge and understanding required for success in a range of mechanical and electrical/electronic engineering occupations. This qualification includes a selection of Automotive Technology units for Learners of engineering who have a particular interest this area.
