This course is designed to prepare you for a career in Construction Engineering and Surveying - building, land and quantity surveying, through gaining cutting edge technical skills and knowledge necessary for the modern Construction Industry. It will provide you with specific practical and professional skills, analysis, organisation, design, teamwork and communications. The course aims to leave you equally prepared to progress to complete your Honours Degree, to directly enter employment as a highly skilled employee, or to start your own business.

The overall aim of this Foundation Degree is to provide a sufficiently broad education in financial services that will ensure that degree holders are well equipped for further career enhancement. To assist in this, an integral part of the programme is an industrial placement that includes an appropriate Work-based Learning component.
