On successful completion of the programme, you will be awarded the CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management. The qualification is accredited by the CIPD and is equivalent to QCF Level 5. Successful completion leads to Associate membership of the CIPD, the first level of professional membership of the CIPD, and allows you to use the designation Assoc CIPD after your name to show case your credentials. During your course you may be required to purchase course text books and incur additional costs for printing, photocopying and binding. The overall additional costs incurred to support your studies may be in the region of £250 per year.

Entry Requirements

Four GCSE passes including English and Maths and one A Level or equivalent approved qualification at Level 3 including approved Access course. Candidates must be currently working in a HR role. An Interview is required prior to entry onto this course. International students must meet the general entrance requirements for admission to any College First Degree, Foundation Degree or Higher National Diploma. English language requirements for international applicants is Academic IELTS 6.0 with no band score less than 5.5. Trinity ISE – Pass at Level 3 also meets this requirement for Tier 4 visa purposes.
