This qualification is for Learners who have achieved a level 2 diploma in Refigeration engineering, and who want to work as refrigeration/air conditioning engineers in the building services engineering sector. It allows Learners to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pumps sector.

Assessment of this qualification includes a series of online examinations, written and practical assignments.

Progression Opportunities

On completion of this qualification Learners may progress into employment or onto the Foundation degree in Building Services Engineering.
