The Level 3 Certificate provides candidates with the opportunity to have a specific technical focus on an area the learner is working in or wishes to work in and to achieve credit for learning in other areas of the financial services sector

Improving and maintaining workplace competence in a financial services environment Planning and organising work in a financial services environment Complying with regulations within the financial services environment Setting up bank or building society accounts for customers Authorising financial transactions using telecommunications Operating a sterling counter till Operating a multi-currency till Processing documentation for bank or building society

Assessment Method

Candidates must demonstrate that they meet all learning outcomes and assessment criteria. Evidence must be authentic, current, sufficient for purpose and valid – and should come from real work produced in the workplace. Candidates will have a completed portfolio of evidence for each unit.

Progression Opportunities

Learners can progress onto Level 4 in Customer Service, Sales, Management and professional qualifications in Providing Financial Services
